Mission Statement of KCCS within the Alberta Correctional System:

To ensure that a range of Correctional Programs are delivered to the Jurisdiction in accordance with the requirements of all applicable Provincial Legislation and that the programs are apporopriate to traditional customs, culture and way of life.
