Blood Tribe Human Resources
Blood Tribe Human Resources serves and protects the highest interests of the Blood Tribe Administration through its policies and benefits administration. The Human Resources interprets and guides the employers and employees by providing advice and information. The Human Resources has developed internal structures wherby employers and employees can access and utilize Human Resource staff to their fullest potential. The Human Resource staff are constantly seeking information in an effort of informing the employers and employees of any amendments to the Blood Tribe policy, amendments to the Canada Labour Codes, Human Rights issues, Privacy and Confidentiality, training and a variety of other sources of information. In our effort of accessing information, sharing interpretations related to policy and generally guiding knowledge through direct contact with the employers and employees, the Human Resources have developed a Human Resources Manual which offers a more comprehensive and in-depth method of capacity buiding among its staff. We are inviting you to visit our offices to ask questions of who we are, what we do, and what are our goals for the future. Perhaps we can help you in determining you employment future or assist you with a rewarding and exciting career.
